As an expert in accident investigation, process safety management and recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices, I am frequently asked to serve as an expert witness. Both in the industry and as a consultant, I have investigated numerous incidents and identified the root causes of each. I pride myself in helping my clients and the juries understand the often complex technology and issues associated with each investigation.
When serving in this position, I use all of my forty plus years of experience to evaluate all of the evidence, form my conclusions and render my opinions. I take great care in teaching my clients and the jury in the technology of the process so that the causes of the incident are easily understood.
